You are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting your password, and all activities under your account. You must ensure your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
CyberNex and all its content (including text, graphics, logos, code) are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without explicit authorization.
Our service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
In no event shall CyberNex be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hong Kong courts.
Prohibited: Sending large volumes of unsolicited messages, advertisements, or marketing content.
Prohibited: Any marketing activities that violate local laws, including fraud, scams, or misleading claims.
Prohibited: Using automated tools for fake engagement, fake followers, or fake participation.
Prohibited: Generating fake traffic, fake clicks, or fake conversions.
Prohibited: Infringing on others' copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Prohibited: Unauthorized scraping, copying, or extraction of platform data.
Warning and account suspension (7 days). Users have an opportunity to correct their behavior.
Account suspension (30 days). Users cannot access the service during this period.
Permanent account termination. All data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
May result in immediate permanent termination without warning stages. Including but not limited to: fraud, hacking, malware.
We employ industry-leading encryption and security measures to protect user data. All data transmissions use TLS 1.3 encryption, and stored data uses AES-256 encryption.
We comply with GDPR, PCI DSS, and other international data protection standards. User data will not be sold, shared, or used for any purpose without explicit consent.
